Oil Leak from Air box Solution - The 20+ Sidewinders vent the oil tank into the air filter in air box. The foam get saturated with oil over time and then the oil drips down the belt guard an onto clutches. Working on a solution to contain the oil inside the air box or re direct it else where in the intake tract.  

Gen 3 Intercooler Guard- The latest version of this guard will now require no trimming or cutting of the stock nose cone. Install will only require drilling 2 small holes. 

Ski Collar & Bushings- The Nytro & Phazer lower spindle collar and spacers are notorious for corroding together and making them impossible to salvage at times. In addition once the collar corrodes it becomes abrasive and prematurely eats up the bushings in the spindle. Tested some different materials this year for these items this past season

Viper & Sidewinder Sway Bars-  These break fairly often based on the requests I get for them so looking to improve material quality for longevity and also possibly integrating adjustability into the bar. Currently prototypes have 3 settings for adjustment. My prototypes arrived too late in March of 2023 to get any testing done. 

Marginal Wheel kits- Looking to develop some marginal wheel kits. Hoping to use slightly larger wheels than Yamaha kits had for longer bearing life. Also hoping to come up with one design that fits Yamaha Japan rails and Cat rails.

Sidewinder Heat Shield- Working on quality replacement header heat shield for the Sidewinder as the oem shields are quite pricey and do not hold up very well.
