These are new aftermarket shift motors. Many of them come with the plug on the opposite side so we make the necessary changes so plug is in correct orientation and ensure the polarity is correct. If polarity is reversed, the sled defaults to reverse. We also now provide a shim plate vs washers for easier install. If using on a sidewinder you will not be able to use the aluminum shield with this motor.
